Yumi has a new campaign – #Yumi30daysofsummer – they have asked 30 style bloggers to create an outfit using their SS15 pieces, and they will showcase an outfit on their blog for every day of July, you can find out more about their campaign here. Last week, I took to the back streets of Oxford Circus with my friend Andre and his trusty DSLR, and snapped a couple photos…

I’ve suddenly this year become a very skirts/dresses kind of girl. Jeans have become such a rare wear for me, and even when I do wear jeans they tend to be black. When I was picking out a summer outfit from Yumi’s website, I went for this lace dress – it’s simple, I love lace, and it also wasn’t too long, making it pretty perfect for the summer. For a while now I’ve been on the search for some new, heeled ankle boots (my previous pair have really taken their toll), so were drawn to these as soon as I saw them on their website.

Exams are officially over, and I begin interning at the very end of June, which means I have about 3 weeks to be out and about. The weather’s also been pretty good these past few days which has meant lots of Starbucks frappuccinos (before I realised how unhealthy they were), chilling in the park and wasting my money on very expensive food.

These next few days I will have internship training days which means… more work. But I guess it keeps me busy/keeps my brain working, which will be needed when I intern. Do check out what Yumi has to offer, funnily enough, even before I was asked to participate in this campaign, my mum had already bought me a few work-related dress items from Yumi. They definitely have some great quality, not too badly priced items available for you to check out.
