In this tutorial I will teach you how the make the very simple first version of Fulfilled. I wanted to go for a really light look (as it was our first version), I also didn't want anything too big or too design-y; I wanted to focus more on the coding. Coding sucks and is hard, but makes a big difference to a layout. Hopefully you like it! :)

To begin with, open up Paint shop pro and open up a new image measuring 723 x 142. Make sure than the background is solid and white.

Create a new raster layer, and using the pen tool; set your setting like mine below:
Style: Dotted
Width: 2.00
Color: Plain black
Segment type: Free hand

Now, add a lot of random lines anywhere on your image. Make sure that your second box of colours isn't open. Try and make the lines look neat; once you're done having your... ahem... fun. Delete the raster layer you made and right click the new vector layer... click 'Covert to raster layer'. Change that raster layer to an opacity of 15.

Merge all of your layers. Take this texture (from Randomiss Designs) and past it over your image as a new layer, set that layer to Darken at 100%, then merge your layers once more.

Next, take this texture (from Daily Flower) and paste it as well as a new layer. Now go to Adjust > Brightness and contrast > Auto. Brightness and contrast, match your settings to mine:
Brightness: 26
Contrast: 36
Set that layer to Darken at 30%. Then copying the now brightened image, paste it (CTRL+E) and lock it (CTRL+D) over the top of your image so that a row of the top is showing. When you've done this, merge all of your layers.

Next, using the pen tool, match your settings to mine:
Style: Dotted
Width: 2.00
Segment type: Point to point
Colour: Plain black
Use it to frame the outside of your image, a part from the top, it doesn't have to be neat. Once done; set the vector layer to 30% opacity and merge all of your layers together.

Take the selection tool, draw out a small star and fill it with the color: #D999BF. Copy, paste and lock this star (CTRL+C, CTRL+E, CTRL+D), in random places all around your image - go crazy. But don't add to many, then it would look cluttered.

If you like, you can make a bigger version of this star. Treat it almost like your 'mascot'. You can draw out it's eyes with the black and solid version of the pen tool, once you're happy with the image of the star - merge down the layers until the star mascot becomes one, copy the image then delete it.

Paste it back (CTRL+E), there should be lines around it. Go to Selection > Modify > Expand > 2.00. Then go to Effects > 3D Effects > Drop shadow - Mess around with this until you are pleased. Once you are, lock down the start (CTRL+D) and merge all of your layers together.

Add some text in any style you want - and you're done!
